Visit Tuscany Hills

If you are driving from Springfield, take Campbell Avenue south of James River Freeway to the James River valley, cross the bridge and immediately turn right (west) on AA Highway. Drive on AA Highway a short distance of a mile, over the hill, and you will see Tuscany Hills nestled in the country side on your left (the south side of Highway AA). Turn on the road leading to the gated entrance and into Tuscany Hills.

If you are driving from anywhere south of the James River, Nixa or other, take Highway 160 north toward Springfield. Immediately before you reach the bridge crossing the James River, turn left (west) on Highway AA. Drive a short distance of a mile or so, over the hill, and you will discovery Tuscany Hills in the rolling countryside on your left. (on the south side of Highway AA). Turn left on the access road leading to the gated entrance and drive into Tuscany Hills.

If you lived in Tuscany Hills, you would be home now.
